South loop continues to have a large
inventory of existing homes, primarily condos for sale. Condo and loft prices
have fallen off here do to this fact. More new buildings are p[lanned, however the pace has slowed down. Buyers still love
the inherent characteristics the neighborhood offers: close to downtown, museum
campus, Grant Park and Millenium Park.
